We’re thrilled to announce that fitness coach Larissa and Mike McDine, owner of Saskatoon Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Centre, will be joining us as for an evening run through the Brighton community!
We’ll kick off our run at the Brighton Amphitheatre and embark on an evening run through some of Brighton’s many scenic pathways and trails! Throughout the run, Larissa and Mike will also be there to provide us of their insights and expertise into the basics of running.
