33rd Annual Saskatoon & Region Housing Excellence Awards!

Each year, these awards celebrate the best in homebuilding, design, and community development. A panel of industry experts from across Canada carefully reviewed submissions, and this year saw a record-breaking 49 awards handed out across 10 categories, including Customer Choice, Marketing, Renovations, Sales & Customer Service, Environmental & Community Leadership, and more.

Winning the Community Impact Award is a huge honor—it highlights the passion, dedication, and hard work that have shaped Brighton into the vibrant, connected neighborhood it is today. Brighton was designed with community in mind, from well-planned public spaces to free events and programming. We aim to create opportunities for residents and local businesses to connect, engage, and build relationships. With a strong turnout at events and activities, Brighton continues to grow as a welcoming and dynamic neighborhood.
